without notice.

Prices

The prices shown on our website include VAT at the applicable rate and are for UK customers only.

The Dawn Book Supply reserve the right to alter the displayed prices without notice.

All pricing is, and all transactions will be undertaken in, Pounds Sterling.

Any discrepancy in pricing will be advised to you by email and you will have the opportunity to

revise or cancel your order at that stage.

Please note that delivery charges are charged on each order and the delivery options and prices

are displayed on the Shopping Basket page and added to the total value of your order.

If you place your order by phone or online you have a legal right to cancel it within seven days.

Returning Goods

We must receive confirmation in writing by post to The Dawn Book Supply 66 Carlton Road,

Nottingham England NG3 AP or email infor@dawnbooksupply.co.uk within fourteen days of

delivery. All items returned to us must be received in a saleable condition and if collection of an

item is required we will charge you the cost of collection which will be notified at the time of

Availability of Goods

There will inevitably be occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, when products may

be temporarily out of stock and we are unable to guarantee their availability at all times. As a

result, The Dawn Book Supply will in no circumstances be liable for the non-availability of any

product.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil any aspect of your order we will advise you on

your delivery note/invoice and we will refund your credit/debit card account within 3 working

days of the invoice date.

Special Offers and Promotions

In order to maintain supplies for all of our customer’s The Dawn Book Supply reserves the right to

limit the number of products on promotion or special offer that may be ordered by a customer.

Cancellation or Amendment of Orders

When you place an online order for Dawn Book Supply products you will receive confirmation of

your order from Dawn Book Supply by email.

Because we endeavour to fulfil all orders immediately we regret that it is not possible for you to

amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. However you may take advantage of our 14

day money back guarantee through your selected Trading Partner (see below).

Payment

We process our payments through PayPal, who in turn will advise you of the whether your

payment to Dawn Book Supply has been processed.

Before your order is accepted your card details will be checked and payment verified. You will

receive email confirmation of our acceptance of your order, provided we have been supplied with

a valid email address.

Delivery

Delivery will be made by Royal Mail standard parcels. If you require a signed for delivery then

please choose that option prior to purchase.

Delivery to countries other than the UK would be charged on an order by order basis. The Dawn

Book Supply cannot guarantee what service and at what cost.

Dawn Book Supply 14 day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods The Dawn Book Supply will refund the price

of the goods provided that they are returned to ourselves, you will be informed of where to send

it at the time this is agreed, unused and in their original condition, together with the original

packaging, within 14 days of the date of the invoice, which you must also produce to ourselves at

the time you return the goods.

Fair Wear & Tear

The above guarantee does not apply to fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or abuse of

the products.

Limitation of Liability

The Dawn Book Supply's liability (even if it has been negligent) shall not extend to loss of business,

income or profits; failure to make predicted savings; "wasted" expenditure; losses which are not a

direct consequence of the action (or lack of action) of The Dawn Book Supply or its sub-

contractors, Trading Partners or agents or any other consequential loss. To the extent allowed by

law, The Dawn Book Supply's liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Statutory Rights

Consumers’ statutory rights are not affected.
